Idris is a passionate HR leader in the charity sector who advocates to uplift the reputation and showcase the value of HR, especially how HR helps the people who charities are set up to serve.
He is currently teaching and lecturing HR and CIPD students and is a regular contributor to views and comments in media outlets.
Idris is proud of coaching and partnering with leaders in improving the leadership of front line services to help better serve the people in need.
And he has chaired EDI committees, increased the diversity of workforce representation and improved wellbeing cultures.
