Jemma Falloon

Jemma Falloon is a passionate leader in employee wellbeing, currently heading up menopause and cancer support initiatives. With a CIPD Level 5 qualification from Macclesfield College, Jemma brings extensive experience from her previous roles at Tesco and Boots. Passionate about making a positive impact, she supports prisoners approaching release with CV preparation and mock interviews through the CIPD Trust, and has recently joined HMP Berwyn’s Employment Advisory Board to help improve pathways back into employment. As a wife and mother of three, Jemma is committed to supporting others as they navigate important life and career transitions.
