Karen Robinson is a Fellow of the CIPD, a qualified coach, and an experienced HR leader, with over 20 years of expertise spanning both strategic and operational human resources. Her areas of specialism include partnering with senior leaders, leadership development, executive coaching, talent management, and organisational change.

Karen has held senior HR positions within a FTSE 100 financial services organisation as well as in a leading global manufacturing business. She has led high-performing HR teams and consistently delivered impactful, long-term transformation in complex and fast-paced environments.

She holds a business degree and a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources and currently heads the HR function at a market-leading global engineering company. In this role, she is responsible for designing and implementing people strategies that build a skilled, diverse, and future-ready workforce. Karen’s passion for developing talent extends beyond the workplace. As a Director Trustee at Heta, a local engineering institution, she partners with educators to promote engineering careers to young women—actively supporting initiatives to diversify the talent pipeline and drive lasting change within the sector.
