‘Kola is Human Resources Director at Ashtead Technology, a leading subsea technology solutions provider for the global offshore energy sector, enabling its customers to address the complex challenges of constructing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing and decommissioning critical offshore energy infrastructure through its specialist equipment, advanced technologies and support services.

Kola’s progressive HR experience spans over 20 years of driving transformational people strategies across complex international operations. She has held senior leadership roles throughout her HR career, including a previous role as global head of Talent Acquisition where she spearheaded the development and delivery of cross-segment talent attraction and retention strategies.

In her current role, she heads the company’s global Human Resources function with a focus on enhancing the overall employee experience, driving talent development programs and strengthening organisational capability to support Business growth plans.

‘Kola holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD). A trusted advisor and advocate, she is passionate about championing the

advancement of emerging talent and women in the workplace. Outside work, 'Kola is a mentor, mentee and sits on the board of trustees of charity organisations at home and abroad.
