Matthew Meynell

Matt Meynell is the Deputy Director for Leadership in Government Skills, based in the Cabinet Office. He is responsible for building leadership capability in the Civil Service and leadership collaboration across the Public Sector. Matt led the delivery of Line Management Standards for the Civil Service. He had an HR leadership role in an NHS trust during Covid and was previously HR Director for EU Exit in Defra. Matt has a wide range of HR experience and is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD.
