Professor of Leadership Development, University of St Andrews
Professor Carole Elliott is Professor of Leadership Development at University of St Andrews Business School. With Dr Stephen Allen (University of Sheffield) and Dr Charles Barthold (Open University) current research, funded by the British Academy/Leverhulme, focusses on the relationship between organisational democracy, sustainability and leadership. Carole is also the co-chair of the University Forum for HRD and is known for her work in the fields of critical HRD, and gender and leadership.
