Sue Paternoster

Sue has over 35 years of experience in HR management and Development, the last 20 of which have been spent working alongside and influencing at Director level.  Her strengths are in organizational development and change, working on forward looking strategies to meet business goals and objectives.  Currently as Snr HR Manager at Boeing, as well as leading a number of change projects, she is responsible for the operational delivery of HR Business Partnering for the Company in the UK & Ireland.  Her experience includes large scale TUPE transfers, mergers and acquisitions,  dealing with complex harassment and disciplinary cases, and the design and delivery of training and development programmes.
