Andri Georgiadou

Dr. Andri Georgiadou is an Associate Professor at Nottingham University Business School, where she serves as the Departmental External Engagement Director (OB/HRM) and leads the CIPD-accredited MSc HRM program. Her research focuses on equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in the workplace, with particular emphasis on emerging challenges in the evolving work landscape. Dr. Georgiadou's work has introduced influential concepts such as "timeism" and has contributed to our understanding of inclusion in the context of algorithmic HRM.
