Andy James

Andy leads global talent strategy for Accenture, a leading global professional services company reporting to the Chief HR & Leadership Officer and part of the company’s Global Leadership Council. The purpose of his role is to understand the key emerging trends and insights that we face as a business (e.g. technology, social, demographic etc); how they will impact people and devise new workforce strategies and programs that ensure we remain relevant, competitive and worthy of attracting and retaining the best people in the industry and embracing new ways of working. His career with Accenture has spanned 26 years – firstly in consulting and then within HR.  He has a masters degree in Organisational Psychology from Manchester Business School. He lives in Manchester with his wife and 2 daughters and cricket is his passion.
