Anne Grimes

Goalkeeper Anne Grimes joined the Corinthians in 1956 when she was 17-years-old and went on to tour the world with the team in the 50s and 60s. Anne was part of trailblazing squad who played in an unofficial European Cup tournament in 1957, beating Germany in the final. She also played in the team's first ever trip abroad in 1956 to Portugal and has fantastic stories to share of their time as the first women's team to tour South America.
