Ben Redshaw

Ben is an HR executive for businesses which leverage strategic HR as a competitive business advantage.  His career spans the Walt Disney World Company, Cargill Incorporated and Travelers Insurance.  He has supported global businesses and HR teams going through large-scale transformation and has led company-wide functions such as talent management. 

Ben has studied how Artificial Intelligence will affect the workplace and the HR function through the UC Berkeley School of Business.  He has advised on people and culture matters for AI Forge, a start-up incubator and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and member of the CIPD’s AI advisory panel. 

Born in the U.K. and raised in the US, Ben speaks cricket, baseball and both types of football.
