Carmen Watson

Carmen is Chair of Pertemps Network Group, a £1b turnover nationwide recruitment business that has achieved three-star world class status in the Large Best Companies award for the 16th consecutive year for its employee engagement.

Carmen, was presented in 2022, with an Honorary Doctorate from Aston University for her contribution to the development of employment opportunities for people from all sectors of the community and last year became a Deputy Lieutenant for the West Midlands region.

As well as joining Aston Universities Advancement Board, and becoming a Visiting Professor, Carmen continues her work with the leadership team of Business in the Community, is Trustee and Chair of the Women in Business Patrons’ group for the Lord Mayor of Birmingham’s Charity. Carmen sits on the West Midlands Regional Council and is a Commissioner for HRH Princess Royal Training Awards.
