Claire Cook

As Head of Transformation in HR, Claire Cook has been driving the development of a long-term, sustainable approach to flexible working at Phoenix Group, since 2022. She works with HR teams and colleagues across Phoenix Group to design and implement flexible working solutions that work for both the business and colleagues, and supports leaders to embed a flexible working culture .  Prior to her role in HR, Claire has held a number of roles within financial services, with extensive experience of delivering cultural change in operational teams, through robust learning, communication and engagement strategies. She has a passion for improving colleague experience, recognising engaged colleagues are key to delivering strong business outcomes.
