Emma Stockdale

Emma is the research lead for workplace savings at Nest Insight, a public-benefit research and innovation centre finding better ways to support people’s financial wellbeing, now and in later life.

Since joining Nest Insight, Emma has worked with employers and delivery partners to test the effectiveness and impact of a hybrid workplace savings tool called Jars which combines short- and long-term savings goals as well as what happens to employees’ financial resilience when payroll saving is offered on an opt-out rather than opt-in basis.
