Domestic abuse is everybody's business.  It impacts every part of life and almost all workplaces.

For someone experiencing domestic abuse the workplace may be one of the safest spaces they have to ask for help.  We know the well-being of teams is important to employers.  Having the right policies and practices in place to be able to respond safely is part of creating a safe environment at work - and it could save someone's life.

Behind Closed Doors offers training to raise greater awareness of domestic abuse, the impact on the workplace and what we can do as employers to support a colleague experiencing this, in a trauma-informed way.
