ThinkEDI is a diversity and inclusion training and coaching provider, with specialisms in neurodiversity, sexual harassment, gender fluidity and mandatory employment requirements. ThinkEDI also offers the FREE pioneering ThinkEDI Workplace Adjustments Tool that allows employees to explore workplace adjustments, store them and generate a digital request letter for employers. ThinkEDI is in the process of building a digital workplace adjustments management tool to ensure organisational compliance with Equality Act.
