Franz Monke

Franz Mönke is a research associate and PhD candidate in industrial/organizational psychology at the University of Münster, Germany. As part of the Psychology of Entrepreneurship unit, his research focuses on social media assessments in candidate screening (cybervetting), personnel selection, and political psychology. Franz earned a Bachelor of Science (Freie Universität Berlin, Germany, 2019) and a Master of Science (Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, 2021) in psychology. In 2024, he was awarded the Professor Mick Marchington Applied Research Grant to support his research on better understanding the (in)validity of cybervetting.
