As Head of People Practices, Jane is accountable for the strategy and proposition for: Culture, Wellbeing, DEI, Performance, Talent, Leadership Development, Learning, Talent Acquisition and Exco Team Effectiveness at Tesco Bank.

Jane is a CIPD qualified, AOEC accredited Executive Coach with 30 years’ HR experience leading teams in L&D, Talent, Colleague experience, Partnering, Culture, business change, organisational design and effectiveness and has worked in a variety of large Retail, Leisure, Hospitality, Contract and Financial Services organisations, including B&Q, Whitbread, Compass, Barclays, and NatWest.

Jane is passionate about putting your own wellbeing first, agile HR practices and mindset and out of work uses her coaching skills to support young people to realise their potential.
