Project SEARCH graduate, currently working in Pharmacy Distribution and as a coder for the Sexual Health Department at Chelsea & Westminster. He is also completing a Level 3 Business Supported Apprenticeship.
Jaxxon Janjua has made a name for himself at Chelsea & Westminster, known for his teamwork, professionalism, and keen attention to detail—alongside an impressive knowledge of football. As a proud member of the Neurodiverse community, Jaxxon continues to demonstrate the immense value neurodiverse talent brings to the workplace. Currently working full-time across two departments while completing a Level 3 Business Supported Apprenticeship, Jaxxon is an advocate for making simple workplace adjustments to better support neurodiverse individuals. Being Autistic himself, he understands both the challenges and opportunities, serving as living proof that supported internships can lead to thriving and successful careers.
In addition to his own work, Jaxxon is now training and mentoring new supported interns, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in their roles.
