As a dynamic job developer, Josh specialises in placing supported internship learners with additional needs into strategic roles at our hospitals, rotating them through departments and crafting tailored positions. He works closely with teams and managers, pitching learners for paid employment and ensuring their success. Alongside this, he co-founded Inclusive Working, and is proud of the collaborations they’ve established between education and business sectors. They believe businesses are increasingly embracing meaningful opportunities for neurodiverse and additional needs talent, and are passionate about guiding them in this transformative journey
