Business psychologist Laura Brown is a senior leader within the HR team of a London based NHS trust. Specialising in organisational and leadership development Laura is passionate about enabling and empowering teams and creating inclusive and high performing organisations. She began her career as a learning and development account manager before a brief but transformative stint in teaching after which she has spent over 10 years supporting individuals, teams, and organisations to have more good days at work.
