Mengyi Xu

Mengyi Xu is an Assistant Professor in HRM at the University of Birmingham. Her research interests lie in a four-day workweek, hybrid working, and work-life interface and boundary management. Her research is funded by esteemed institutions such as the British Academy of Management and Forces in Mind Trust. She is an academic member of CIPD, a BAM SIG HRM committee member, and a Work-Family Research Network Early Career Fellow.
