Nick Baker

Nick Baker has held senior positions within The Football Association’s Education division for the last 14 years and is currently FA Education’s Learning and Development Manager.

Based at St. George’s Park, Nick is responsible for managing the strategic provision of digital learning across The FA, creating resources and experiences for the national workforce. Nick has led and implemented change programmes and transformed traditional learning pathways, creating The FA’s first learning strategy and skills framework. He has also led FA Education’s operational and marketing teams.

Prior to The FA, Nick has enjoyed spells as a PE teacher, leading sports development units and establishing a business in the leisure industry.

He has completed an MA in adult learning and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
