Oscar Suarez

Oscar is an Autism specialist and SEND teacher with a background in the psychology of education, dedicated to empowering neurodiverse individuals and those with additional needs. By teaching employability skills and leading Inclusive Working, he has helped many students secure jobs and collaborated with businesses to create inclusive environments. He has developed Education Employability curriculums and, having ADHD himself, is uniquely positioned to provide effective staff training on neurodiversity. He  ensures companies can successfully onboard diverse talent while also advising HR on streamlining recruitment processes.
