Rebecca Pearson, General Manager, Care Services, Bupa Global, India & UK

Rebecca has been with Bupa for the majority of her working life, joining the UK Insurance business in 1995. She quickly progressed in her career and moved to Bupa Care Services in 2013 after realising her passions lay with supporting Bupa’s 10,000 people working across 115+ care homes and 10 premium retirement villages. 

Rebecca has held several leadership roles in Bupa Care Services including Resourcing Director, Operations Director, and was promoted to General Manager in 2021. 

She is a passionate, dynamic leader with a strong ethical mind-set who distils problems down to their critical factors and demonstrates drive, tenacity and a willingness to challenge. 

Rebecca’s collaborative leadership style creates a culture of achievement through honesty, trust and professional integrity which aims to ensure that everyone can be at their best and deliver the highest quality, person-centred care to residents.
