Roopa is a chartered member of the CIPD with 22 years of experience in Education and HR Consulting. She works as an academic and consultant specialising in Well-being and Employee Engagement. Roopa has diverse experience in HR practice, training, and education across India, Singapore, and the UK, as well as experience in the healthcare, hospitality, retail, education, and finance sectors.
As a well-being consultant, Roopa regularly participates in and presents at seminars and networking events with HR practitioners. In her academic capacity, she is involved in knowledge creation and sharing her research on well-being at local and international conferences.
