Sara Connolly is a Professor of Work and Employment at the University of Leicester School of Business. She has research interests in gender and workplace wellbeing. Current projects include a study funded by the Nuffield Foundation exploring how parenthood relates to the non-financial aspects of work for men and women and how parents may trade off different elements of job quality.
