Sophie Holmes is Group Head of Future Skills Development at Sky, focusing on ensuring the organisation has the right skills to achieve future strategy. She’s been at Sky for 14 years across a variety of roles covering Talent Attraction & Acquisition, People Partnering, D&I and Talent. Passionate about developing people to achieve their potential, current focus areas include reskilling, upskilling and better utilising apprenticeships for professional development. With an increasing focus on the importance of skills, she’s also co-leading a business case to shift the organisation towards becoming skills-powered.
