Steve Williams

Steve is a passionate Learning and Leadership Development leader who has held a number of strategic learning roles across a 25 year career. He is currently responsible for the strategic direction and delivery of learning programs for 70K+ employees in Accenture across several business areas.  

Steve is focused on helping employees people grow the skills that matter to escalate their careers, by engaging them with training relevant to their work, and learning through their work. In Accenture we’re exploring deeply how AI and digital tools will transform learning as we know it. 

He lives in Cardiff, UK with his wife and 4 children. He is a local church leader and enjoys sports, most recently representing Wales at the International Touch World Cup in Nottingham.
