Vanda Papafilippou

Dr. Vanda Papafilippou is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resources Management at UWE Bristol and is specialised in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace. The main focus of her research is gender inequality in the workplace, diversity management practices and inclusive recruitment. She has done research on women in engineering and the importance of women's networks, self-initiated expatriate Engineers and neurodiversity in engineering and the energy sector. She is also particularly active in engaging with the industry and has done consultancies for the NHS and creative SMEs.
